Development and application of novel next-generation sequencing and single-cell genomics methods to studying DNA double strand breaks

 

Project description:

The aim of the project is to develop and apply novel genomic methods to study DNA double-strand breaks in various eukaryotic organisms, in order to provide new perspectives to our understanding of mechanisms of their formation, repair and influence on genome instability

Key responsibilities include:

Development and application of genomic tools to study DNA double-strand breaks

Profile of candidates/requirements:

Documented experience in the following fields: molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, next generation sequencing, single-cell genomics
